Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through our logistics partners.

In such cases, we may offer redelivery or another suitable solution, depending on the situation and once the correct address has been confirmed.

10. Delivery Confirmation
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping provider, the delivery is considered complete.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us. We will assist you where possible with checking the tracking information and contacting the shipping provider.
The Beaufort Sisters Charleston is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
