Return and Refund Policy

At The Beaufort Sisters Charleston, we want to provide a clear and straightforward shopping experience.

1. Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


2. Conditions for Returns

An item is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • It is in its original condition
  • All original labels, tags, and packaging are intact
  • The return request is submitted within the return period
  • The return is approved by our customer service team before shipping it back

Trying on items for fit is permitted, as long as the item remains in original condition.

If there are visible signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or missing packaging, the return may be refused or a reduction in value may be applied.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

To submit a report, please email info@beaufortsisterscharleston.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the original packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Eligible claims submitted within this timeframe may qualify for a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances and the evidence provided.

Claims submitted after 14 days from delivery may no longer qualify for a free replacement or refund.


4. Items Excluded from Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items with broken hygiene seals
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through improper use
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage
  • Final sale items, where clearly marked

For hygiene reasons, underwear, shapewear, swimwear, and similar intimate items are non-returnable if the hygiene seal has been removed or packaging has been opened.


5. Return Shipping

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Choosing a reliable shipping provider
  • Paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
  • Ensuring accurate customs documentation

The Beaufort Sisters Charleston is not responsible for return parcels that are delayed, lost, rejected, or sent to the wrong address.


6. Return Address

Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval.

Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.


7. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@beaufortsisterscharleston.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item or items you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos, required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Your full name and shipping address

You will receive return instructions within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.

Once order processing has begun, cancellation requests are no longer guaranteed and may be refused depending on the status of the order.

After delivery, a return may be requested in accordance with this policy.


9. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


10. How Discounts Work When You Return Items

If your order included a promotional discount, such as bundle deals, multi-buy offers, discount codes, or buy-more-save-more promotions, and you return part of your order, your refund may be adjusted.

Discounts are recalculated based on the items you keep, not the items originally purchased.

If you return items and no longer meet the conditions of the promotion, the discount may be removed or recalculated, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds are always based on the final qualifying order value after returns.


11. Store Credit

In certain cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Store credit is non-refundable and can only be used on our website.

Store credit may only be issued once per order unless otherwise approved by our customer service team.


12. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, or if a parcel is refused or left unclaimed, we may offer one of the following options depending on the situation:

  • Redelivery, once the parcel is returned and the correct address is confirmed
  • Store credit, where appropriate
  • A partial refund, after applicable shipping, processing, and handling costs have been deducted

If returned items are not in their original condition, a reduction in value may apply.
